I love food. Seriously. Like crazy, madly, passionately in love with food.
I’m also cursed with eczema and some pretty strong food sensitivities. Feeding myself can occasionally be challenging when things like wheat, citrus fruits (including tomatoes) and cow dairy are all no-nos. This blog will chronicle my adaptations of recipes to try and make them “cakepin friendly” as well as my occasional indulgences when I simply can’t resist the itchy foods any longer.
I’m not a chef by any stretch of the imagination and I hope that by writing about what I cook and eat that I can learn more from the world at large.
