2 cups of spelt flour ( I use white spelt flour)
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cups soy milk
3 tbsp melted butter
2 beaten eggs
1 tbsp vanilla
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
1/2 banana chopped into small pieces
Mix dry ingredients
Warm soy milk just enough so that butter stays melted but not so hot that you cook the eggs
Mix wet ingredients except bananas into dry
When batter is lightly mixed add in your bananas
Cook in a non-stick pan with a little bit of butter or oil on medium heat
Makes 12-15 pancakes
